As far as I can see that system is still working. Have you tried writing an email in to our support team at https://support.stripe.com/contact/email ?

Unfortunately we can't really help with account recovery on this server so my help here is pretty limited
I have tried , but sometimes what happens is if stripe sends an email to an email which bounces even once, it refuses to send emails to that email again until it's reported to tech support and they whitelist that email again.
Can you check if my email address has been blacklisted by your bounce-detection system maybe?
Or is that not something you have the ability to check on?
I don't think I do but I do see an email from you earlier today about your username-password issue. So it looks like we did get that email and my colleagues should respond as soon as they can

I have asked them to update the password reset email to come to progradeadservicesllc@gmail.com
I get all other emails at that progradeadservicesllc@gmail.com email so it does not make sense that they suddenly won't send password resets there.
