If you are trying to change this for a Standard connected account, then the connected account needs to do this change themselves.

The change you made on your account apply to your account.

The change your connected account make apply to their account.

I think that's the only option if you are using Standard connected accounts with Direct Charges

If you are using Destination Charge, then it's the settings on your platform account that would be used.
