You can't restrict an endpoint to only one connected account, however, you can select the events that it will receive on the Dashboard: https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/webhooks

But for connect webhooks you get account propertly on the event so you can only process the events that have a specific account value: https://stripe.com/docs/api/events/object#event_object-account
