it says " Stripe Tax isn't yet supported for your country. Please contact stripe-tax-support@stripe.com to register your interest or if you want to collect tax in a supported market.

When creating a Checkout Session, you can set the Tax Rates in the line_items property: https://stripe.com/docs/api/checkout/sessions/create#create_checkout_session-line_items-tax_rates
