yeah basically, like lets say i have their bank info and i have a stripe account that has some money in it, i can send some money from my account to their bank using their direct deposit info

no, they have no affiliation to my stripe account or any stripe account for that matter

all i have is their bank info

and their account number

basically what im trying to do is

-call stripe api in the code
-take out a certain amount of money from my stripe account
-deposit that money using their bank info

is anything like that possible?

No, Stripe doesn't support fund transfers to individuals

How do companies go about doing this? Like uber eats , they send money to the resturant using thier direct deposit info im assuming?

I guess you are talking about Stripe Connect https://stripe.com/connect

Stripe Connect requires the onboarding process, which is not applicable to an individual.
