Redeem by is for the parent coupon whereas expires at is for the child promotion code.

If the coupon has specified a redeems_by, then this value cannot be after the coupon’s redeems_by.

Coupon is to set up the discount whereas promotion code is the customer-facing code that is more friendly for the customer to enter
