Dashboard only allows deleting Standard connected accounts. If you use Express or Custom connected accounts, they can only be deleted with API

Ok well I created a standard connected account in Test mode and want to delete it. Where is it that I can delete it?

You may go to Connect > Select the Standard connected account you want to delete > Click on the three dots ... on the top right corner > Click Remove account
