You can disable Pay with Link in https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/link. If customer's device doesn't log in to Google account or doesn't have card stored in Google Pay wallet, the Payment Request Button will not show instea of prompting customer to log in

Payment Request Button doesn't prompt customer to log in to Google Pay if the Google Pay account is not logged in

The button will simply not appear

Does your browser have Google account log in AND with a saved card on the Google Pay wallet?

But on other websites it still shows even when I am not logged in and on click it takes me to a google account login screen
