I dont have cash app pay enabled on my account but it still shows up as a payment option
Where are you seeing it show up?

from the screenshot it looks like PaymentElement

Do you have an example PaymentIntent ID?

Ideally turning it off here would disable it unless there's something going on

Ah its for subscriptions, if you go to this page then do you see cash app under payment methods?
