Unfortunately we don't have context on Stripe fees unfortunately. Do you have an Account Manager you can reach out to? If not, I would recommend working with our support folks, as they can route you to a pricing specialist if the frontline agent cannot answer your question: https://support.stripe.com/contact

Thanks for the reply. I realize that qualifying for L2 & 3 interchange rates is something that cannot be guaranteed, however in the context of what we are seeking to do with partial invoice payments, is there any recommendation or guidance specific to our use case outlined above? Has anyone run into this scenario in the past? Thanks.
That's a great question. I'm not sure. Without knowing anything about interchange rates, I cannot really recommend any particular path forward
It's straightforward for a full value payment, as we just include all of the line item detail info, and tax info, and then Stripe calculates the total amount. It "breaks" with a partial payment because that payment amount is not associated with a single line item.
I'm not really sure how to respond at this point. We don't have the context needed to answer this question. I wish I could help, but this chat is focused on developers and API integration questions. We don't know anything about how L3 data affects interchange, or how you ought to send L3 data on multi-item payments.
Ok, thanks. Is there another chat that may be a better home for this type of question? Thanks.

Thanks. I did also try support, but have not made any progress, so I thought I'd try here as well. Thanks.
