hello,
we have a negative balance on our account and we have debits with the same amount:

We have 3 like this, we want to understand what is happening, because we see successfull refunds

this is something from the card testing,
our question is: Is this payment refunded, and is it affecting the balance, and will the balance be positive once its processed fully?
