When you say "feed" what are you referring to? For context we have almost no knowledge of 3rd party plugins/connectors like Wordpress or Gravity Forms

Gotcha! Thank you, I'm just chatting with Support as well. "Feeds" are used to connect Stripe with the data coming from Gravity forms:

"The last step of integrating Stripe with Gravity Forms is creating a feed. A feed communicates information to Stripe each time a visitor successfully submits your form. This is a critical step. If it is not completed, nothing is sent to Stripe for processing."

But, if this isn't the place for third-party integrations help then I am in the wrong place! Thank you very much for your quick response 🙂 I'll see what support says

Ahhh, okay. Yeah, I wish I could be more helpful, but we can't really help with 3rd party plugins (and support may not be able to either), so it might be worth reaching out to Gravity Forms and/or Wordpress in this case
