From my boss, kinda both ways, they want to be able to send, but we also need to be able to draw out but the pressing concern is them sending us money

Hmm yeah I'm not sure what name and city/state you should provide to your customers for ACH Credit Transfer. I'd recommend asking our Support team about this via https://support.stripe.com/contact/login as they will be more knowledgeable on that front
