Gotcha, I've not tried using that number with just the last4, so I'm not sure it works for that. Could you retry the flow with a new account using 0000 for last-4, which I know is expected to work?

I believe in live mode the status of the Platform account can prevent Connected Accounts from being active, but I don't think that's the case in test mode.

What is the process that you're following to produce this behavior?

I'm still trying to get clarity on why this is happening, it may be because those values are typically used with Express or Custom accounts and they may not work well with Standard accounts.

When going through the test onboarding flow, have you tried using the button to skip the form? It looks like it doesn't clear all the requirements on the account, but from what I'm seeing it looks like it grants the essential capabilities for use, or at least they're initially enabled.
