I'm afraid we mainly help with developers who want to integrate directly with the Stripe API here on this channel and wouldn't be able to help with your question, that's why we redirected you to Stripe Support who would be able to better advise you

I didn't see any sort of reply at all, so that's odd. I wasn't sure of how to take it. :) Would you at least say, as a hazarded guess, that I may need to make a new account/be outta luck?
