Unfortunately the answer does not help. You guys do support the chipper 2X BT correct? I had no problems with my Chipper up until now

I'm sorry, I'm really confused here. Did you buy the reader from us (Stripe)? If you did not, we don't support it and it should never work

We did not buy the scanner directly from stripe. This is a scanner we were using for our TriPos implementation. That is confusing to me as well because my chipper did work for a brief amount of time for testing and now it does not. So I am assuming the best way to go about my problem would be to purchase a scanner directly from stripe?

yes that would be my recommendation though we do not support Flutter officially as a platform so I can't guarantee it will work either

I am not too worried about that. I am implementing the Stripe code in native Objective-c and using platform channels to communicate back to flutter. So far it works perfectly
