The things I can immediately think to check are whether you're account is in a supported country

That your customer is in a supported couuntry

using a supported presentment currency

Aside from that, I would recommend reaching out to checkify. Stripe doesn't make their plugin so unfortunately we don't know how to configure their product

The one other thing I can think to check is if your account's payment method settings has Klarna turned on https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/payment_methods
Sign in to the Stripe Dashboard to manage business payments and operations in your account. Manage payments and refunds, respond to disputes and more.
But that is only if you have Dashboard access. Not sure what the setup may be with that plugin
