Stripe has miscategorized one of our businesses and is halting charges. Email support is awful.

No problem, it's just terrible service at Stripe. We do 8 figs annually in merchant at Fiserv but Stripe forces you to use email and wait 2 days for a response. Terrible.
They will never earn our business with that poor service
You cant get a phone number nor live chat, they force email
I'm sorry to hear that. We have different contact options depending on location and timezone but I'm not 100% sure what determines which services are available.
