it's not the merchant , it's stripe

because the payment was charged after i closed the stipe payment site

my card was declined because i don't have enough money

when i added the money

and without requestiong a payment again

stripe has charged me

without requesting a new payment

Yeah you need to resolve this with the merchant

And if it's a stripe issue, they can work it out with our support team

Stripe support is really for merchants reaching out. You need to first work this out with the merchant who accepted your payment

That way they can refund you and work the situation out

And reach out to us if it's an issue

You can only chat with support if you're logged in to your stripe account
