It's showing as invalid even though it was set up correctly

I'll need to double check, it may be because you're Coupon is for 100% off. I see this is all in live mode, did you try this in test mode first?

Maybe I can try a new one that is not 100% off?

If you don't complete the payment, I guess not, but I always prefer testing where I know my tests won't run the risk of processing real payments.
I remember in the past that 100% off Coupons didn't work well in our hosted surfaces, because they result in a scenario where no actual payment is being processed. I don't recall offhand how much that has changed recently though.
