I see that this Subscription (from which the Subscription Schedule was created) sub_1N1pRBKbHTyAU2ATN8vyGRXS has a trial period, ending in 5 weeks. They were created with the similar parameters but I see that both were updated multiple times. Perhaps in one of the update the trial period was added.

All the actions "manually" done to both subscriptions - was the same
I manually made a testing for both of them, with identical actions
Trial period was added immediately after subscription schedule change was released
Here's automatic downgrade action, where trial was placed

Both actions were generated by subscription schedule phase
But in one case these parameters was changed, in other - no

Upon checking with our Specialized Team, aside from the screenshots that you have provided, we also need the following in order to replicate the error before we can treat it as a bug:
* the URL of the dashboard page where this is happening on
* The exact steps you took leading up to the issue (a screen recording would be extremely helpful)
* Screenshots that include the URL
* any object or req IDs + logged errors
* Browser specifications
Should I really provide these details, as you already started investigating the issue?
