I very much suspect there is little we can do here as ultimately the plugin developer controls how they (and you) integrate with Stripe. Can you share a screenshot of the behaviour you're describing?
Also, an ID of a payment that is impacted (pi_xxx)?
I can see if there's anything obvious from our end
That doesn't really tell me much.
Do you have a ID of the related Stripe payment?
Can you paste that pi_xxx here please

Thanks!
Here is the second one pi_3N1mMXAke35aKqLc0yG5ShBY
Yeah, I can see the payment is succeeding fine so it seems the issue is in the integration somewhere (likely with the plugin)
Do you have an extensions in your browser enabled? Can you try and do a test payment with them disabled/in an Incognito window?
Ok, too bad. In that case it seems the issue likely lies within the plugin. Are there any errors in your browser console?
I check with my hosting company and report back
You should be able to check for these yourself in your browser. Chrome, for example: https://developer.chrome.com/docs/devtools/console/
Ah, shame. you're going to need to speak to the plugin developer I'm afraid. Seems their interface is stuck in some kind of weird state
Ok Thank you very much for your @timber dagger I really appreciated
