No idea how to do that, please tell me how, usually its all done from inside my app and then they open a browser and do the stripe integration

Not from Dashboard, you need to create a account link through API.
Or you can ask your engineer to create a account link for your user?

Many things can cause the the onboarding process unsuccessful. For instance, the user might submit a wrong document, or the internet is disconnected during the submission.
In this case, you can just create a new account link and ask your user to resume the onboarding process.
