For that account I do not see pix turned on on the page https://dashboard-admin.stripe.com/settings/payment_methods

Actually now that I look again I don't think that setting alone will do the trick. It looks like that request was made by the platform account that your account is connected to and that account does not seem to have PIX enabled

They will need to be enabled as well and enable PIX for their connected accounts
Boleto and OXXO work for me in this same way, but I don't have those payment methods enabled on my platform account.
Are you telling me PIX is considered different?
I am actually not sure. I do see that the two payment methods are turned off in your platform account settings.
