Since the other accounts are only for testing, do they still require adding all the business info? and adding a bank account?

And is there a way to duplicate a testing acount once created?

No, they don't need the business info or anything like that, and they don't need to be activated.

There's no way to duplicate a test account. You can write scripts that populate the information you need into each new account though.
