Right, but what specific Stripe product(s) are you using? Are you using the Payment Element? The Card Element? Stripe Checkout? Something else?

You can add custom fields for first and last name to Checkout that are required to ensure you always collect them: https://stripe.com/docs/payments/checkout/custom-fields
