Not really. We're implementing the SetupIntent for the payments on the background. But our account is not activated yet and by default only the Klarma payment method is enabled. Should we process the account activation first or can we somehow enable the Card payment method for the test mode without account activation?

you should be able to process payments in test mode on your own account
