my customer got this message
stripe says: "Provide additional information. We identified an elevated dispute risk on your account, and payouts are paused for the next 120 days. During this time, held funds will be used to cover any disputes or refunds on your account. The remaining balance will be transferred to your bank account once your payouts are enabled at the end of this period. If you believe we've made a mistake, please provide additional information about your business for review."
