Has the invoice been generated?

If not then you can wait until the Invoice is generated in draft mode, then modify the Invoice by adding discount/coupon, negative items or just simply void the Invoice

The invoice still looks like it is upcoming. When exactly does the invoice get generated in draft mode? Am I in that already?

Most of our customers have payment methods on file and the way it is currently set up seems to be the invoice gets paid automatically soon after it is generated

Since this is Invoice of a Subscription, you will have 1 hour after it is generated and still be in draft mode, before it is automatically finalized and attempted

how do I do this? I can't find a way to add a non-specific amount to the credit balance. While the subscription's base for the first 2000 usages is $99, it is $0.05/usage beyond 2k. right now, it doesn't allow me to specify a percentage off on the next invoice.
