Thanks for getting back to me so quick in the chat.
I am struggling with something with Stripe right now and I could use some advice/guidance. My name is Jessica and I own an API company. We have lots of fraud protection tools in place and stripe deemed our company as high risk after a very low number of transactions.
Is it possible to talk to you or somebody here on discord about how to get my account re-enabled? We called all of our customers who paid so far and confirmed they were all authorized so I am very concerned about how our business could have been noted as high risk.
We are struggling to hear back from that contact form though 😦
Hello Jessica, unfortunately we don't do that type of support on this Discord server. That contact form would be the way to go. If you DM me your email address I can double check that we got your email and that it is in the right queue but unfortunately I can't push on the ticket. Not sure how long you have been trying to reach out but we do try to get back to tickets as quickly as possible but sometimes that can take a bit depending on volume.
