Can you send me the ID of that payment intent? That sounds like it should work and may be a dashboard bug
Do you see anywhere in our system that that specific payment was through apple pay? Is it possible that you are on the page for a different payment that did actually use PayNow?
hi @upper gate , I can't send Payment Intent to you because this is Live Mode, I think my Client will not allow it. My Client paid with Credit Card, Apple Pay then it still show PaymentMethod is PayNow. But it show correct on Test Mode. Can you advise?

That code looks to be correct as far as I can see. Payment intent IDs are safe to share so if you send that ID I can take a quick look but if you do not want to share that ID then talking to support is probably the best next step forward
