Ah I see you've already written in and have a ticket for this.

There are some caveats with Apple Pay <> Expo as mentioned here
https://docs.expo.dev/versions/latest/sdk/stripe/#limitations

Have you tried running a development build on a real device and see if that works?

I'm not using Expo Go. I'm using a development build on iOS Simulator, and then a full build delivered via TestFlight on the physical device.
