What do you mean by "in this length"? You can find your keys in the Stripe dashboard

there are length in pk keys like as i shown i image the length of pk key was short and when new merchant signup it's pk key lemght is long

Stepping in here, the length of the key shouldn't have any effects on the functionality really. I believe for some old accounts we had shorter keys. For new accounts, longer key is expected.

No, as far as I know there is no specific criteria. Like I mentioned, this was only done for a few accounts that were created in the past. Currently there's no way to shorten the API key length
