I mean that I have a process that is irreversible, and first I have to make sure that it has a balance. For this reason, I charge first, then I process. but if the process does not pass I return the money. if it happens normal it is already charged

I do not understand this, if you charge first.. and if there is not enough funds Stripe will return an error code and the charge fails
