Are you in test mode?
Yes I am in Test mode
Test mode emails aren't sent by default. You have to manually go to that Payment Intent in the Stripe dashboard and click a button to send the test email
So login to Stripe, make sure the "Test Mode" switch is on, and then go to the "Payments" tab, correct?
Yup, or just search the Payment Intent ID
OK thanks - there is also a need for an administrator to get an email notification when any successful purchase is made through the Stripe account. Can this sort of thing be set up, and if so, where would that need to happen?
Also, is there a way to configure Stripe to send receipt emails in Test Mode by default without explicitly clicking the "Send Receipt" button for a given payment? That would I think be the only really way to fully test the customer experience from start to finish.

No, unfortunately not
Will the account email notifications you linked me to be sent in Test Mode?
I don't think so, no, but let me check
Thanks, yes please let me know
Doesn't look like emails are sent based on those settings either
Is there a way to manually send those like there is with the customer receipt emails?
You would have to manually enter the admin's email address for those
So for the account email notifications, the Admin would just receive an exact copy of the same email that the customer receives as their receipt?
Correct
Alright, thanks, hopefully that works
I have some more questions, but I have to take a call in about 3 minutes. Can I contact you here at some point in the next hour or should I start a new thread?
Feel free to start a new thread, someone will pick it up and answer you. It's worth noting that a lot of these questions may need to be answered by support if the server is busy. I figured I'd answer them since I had time to test, but I can't guarantee non-technical questions won't need to go to support instead of this server
Is there a different Discord channel for Support? I'm not sure I understand.
