We don't support the migration of connected accounts from one platform to another. They'd need to be re-onboarded
Really ?? I expressly ask support team 2 times to be sure. They told me that it was possible.
Are you sure about that ?? ๐ค ๐
There's certainly no self-serve way for you to do it and I'm pretty certain we don't facilitate migrations either mostly because requirements for the accounts could have changed between now and when they were previously onboarded
What you need to really is re-create the Accounts on your new platform, and then utilise LES for those accounts to re-verify/onboard: https://support.stripe.com/questions/legal-entity-sharing
Find help and support for Stripe. Our support center provides answers on all types of situations, including account information, charges and refunds, and subscriptions information. Get your questions answered and find international support for Stripe.
Hum, you'r right on the fact that they didn't told me that it was possible through the serl-serve tool.
LES seems to be limited to express account or standard, cause it needs that the account holder logs in stripe. Does-it work too for custom accounts ?
In that case I would assume no. But this channel isn't really the right place for questions like this. Support can help better
Ok
