hello! I would suggest that you use Subscription Schedules - https://stripe.com/docs/billing/subscriptions/subscription-schedules

Schedule the Subscription such that :
after the first year, update the plan to a monthly one at $0 for 2 months. Subsequently, switch it back to the annual plan

Should i create 3 subscriptions here?

The first subscription end in first year
The second subscription is a monthly one at $0 for 2 months.
The third subscription is the annual plan

this isn't going to be something which you can update via the Dashboard

you need to schedule two updates and from what i recall, you likely can only schedule a single update via the Dashboard
