Ah, we don't develop that API unfortunately. Commerce Layer likely does so you should forward this question to their support team. They should know how to work with their system here.

As in refund an already completed payment? Or delete an incomplete payment?

Are you working with this directly in the Stripe dashboard?

It is also worth mentioning that if you do this to a payment intent that Commerce Layer made for you, their system may be surprised if you delete something without them and that could break functionality

because i want to delete a product linked with it.. and it is not possible because it is telling me there is a payment
