I'm not too familiar with our pre-built installments feature, but my understanding is that it is only available to Stripe Accounts based in Mexico:

You can create a Subscription, but you will also need to build a mechanism to cancel them which typically involves Subscription Schedules and can get a bit complex. Before you dive down that path, I would strongly encourage you to write into our Support team explaining why installments would be the best option for your use case, to see if they have a solution that they can offer.
