Hi 👋 I'm not quite sure I understand what you're what type of rule you're looking to set up, could you elaborate a bit more?
So if a customer enters into a contract with me, we will set them up as a subscription and allow them to manage/cancel themselves. The terms of our contracts (as we print media) stipulate a customer must cancel a minimum of 3 months before their 12 month subscription ends (effectively within the first 9 months)
Is there a way of setting this up through subscriptions so the customer can manage or would it have to be done manually by us?
Gotcha, there is not a way to build a rule that would force that kind of behavior if a customer was using a hosted surface such as the Customer Portal to manage their Subscriptions. You will need to build that logic into the flows that you're offering.
