Can you check your trash or spam?
Maybe it was filtered on your end?
Hmmm not sure then. Overall all I can see is that it was successfully sent and opened. If you still don't see it then you'll want to work with our Support team on this via https://support.stripe.com/contact/login as I really just focus on the API and don't know the intricacies for how these emails work beyond the API parameters and integration set up.
