- How do we get access to review these chargebacks as they do not show up in Shopify?
- Why they're only showing up in Stripe and not Shopify, customer is going thru directly to stripe or their bank to contest?
- What setting was changed that all of a sudden triggered these notifications? We never got these before and don't believe the storeowner got them previously
which orders correlate with the charges that were sent to us via notification

We got emails forwarded from our storeowner with disputed charges but they are not showing up in Shopify and I don't have access to the Stripe account, only our storeowner does
