1. After on-boarding process using connect account links, is the result(accepted/denied) of review request applied instantly?

Does "Active & Inactive" means that the account is fully reviewed and accepted?
Where do you see "active/inactive"? In the dashboard?

If the account has charges_enabled and/or payouts_enabled, then it is properly onboarded.

And then what I saw(instant change of "transfers" : "inactive ->active) was just a result for testing because it was happened in test-mode. is this right?
