You can't add additional parameter to the request header

Only webhook URL is configurable, which you can add account number to the query

If the customer is not at japan but using jpy on the invoice , stripe will generate a visual bank account in japan

I'm not really sure whether it is possible to perform cross border transfer to JP bank account from bank of another country. This channel is for technical integration and I don't have expertise in this. I'd recommend checking with Support https://support.stripe.com/contact
