Are you using Payment Links and/or Checkout Sessions?

If you're trying to use Link in Payment Links, Checkout Sessions, Hosted Invoice Pages, or Payment Request Buttons, then you control that here:

For other integration paths you enable Link in your list of enabled Payment Methods here:
https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/settings/payment_methods

If you're using a Stripe integration that was built and is provided by a third-party, then you'll want to speak with the owners of that integration to confirm how to enable Link in their flows.

Yes, only Stripe integrations support accepting Link payments. You cannot accept Link payments if you are not using Stripe.
