Can you help me understand the different between the currencies? How does that manifest in Stripe?

i.e. you charge in a presentment currency (store's currency?) but how is customer currency relevant?

I currently work for a French company so our reference prices are in euros, but I use Stripe to handle payments in dollars, pounds and Swiss francs.

I need to know how much we will be charged in euro after a payment

So your customers pay in various currencies, but your Stripe balance is EUR. Correct?

And what detail do you want to know?

Ideally I would need the payment amount in both currencies

Our billing system will then use this information for accounting purposes
