No you should be able to refund the full amount to the Customer. The Customer won't bear any fee
instead the merchant of record (the connected account in this case of Direct Charge) will bear the processing fee lost
and the application fee won't return too. But you can specify refund_application_fee as explained here: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/direct-charges#issuing-refunds
