You shouldn't do it in the first place. GooglePay already verify the Customer card because it's a wallet

so no need for 3DS

Google Pay alone does not shift liabilities on its own, We have received some fraudulent chargebacks/disputes

Yeah I see, but unfortunately Radar rules doesn't work with wallet transactions such as GooglePay/ApplePay in the first place

Furthermore even GooglePay doesn't support 3DS, means when you customer is using GooglePay, they can not open the 3DS modal anyway

I have got a good few payments that went through GP and 3ds at the same time
