Basically both the merchant country and the customer's payment card country
We are operating an online open market in Korea. South Korea is a country not supported by Stripe. Does that mean we cannot use Stripe?
You would need to open a Stripe Account on a supported country AFAIK. Please clarify with Support team!

hi i made a payment on a website and i have closed the previous bank which i issued the card i used and i want a refund and the business i bought said i should contact stripe support and they will tell me what to do
