a customer wrote "Unfortunately, my FSA card hasn’t been working. I spoke to my FSA account card holder services, WEX, and they shared the reason my card was declining is due to the transaction type not being permitted.

They recommended that when processing the transaction it should be specified it’s an FSA account rather than a debit or credit transaction. I shared there wasn’t anywhere on my end to change the transaction type and it was recommended I see if there’s a way for you to process my FSA card on the back end. Is that possible?"

Um that sounds like a feature request. Do you happen to find the customer transaction on your Stripe Dashboard log?
